October 22, 1922 – June 15, 2016

A graduate of Sheridan High School, in Wyoming. Isabelle Burton at the time was the youngest licensed Cosmetologist in Wyoming in 1939.

A war Bride she married James M Burton in 1942. After the war they finally settled in Colorado. Longtime resident of Broomfield, Isabelle Burton was the owner and operator of The Manor Beauty Salon from 1959 to 1982. A member of The Broomfield Chamber of Commerce, Active in the Jobs Daughters Broomfield Bethel and a strong supporter in local fundraisers for special needs children.

Then she and her husband retired back to the Sheridan, Wyoming. After James passed, Isabelle remarried Paul Koltiska Sr. She made a home in Sheridan with Paul enjoying an active life with his children and large family. Isabelle cared for Paul during his last years before he passed away.

She loved to read and was also a member of several local bridge clubs.

In 2011 she returned to Colorado to be closer to her children, and is survived by daughters Lynne Burton Rosa, Cinda Burton, Colleen Burton, and son James M Burton. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.

Memorial Services are to be held 10am, Friday August 26th, 2016 at the Chateaux in Broomfield, Colorado.
