TORR1NGTON - No services are planned at this time for Vivian I. Lindley, 79. who died Nov. 23, 2001, at Community Hospital in Torrington. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Colyer Funeral Home.

She was born April 11, 1922, in Rozet, the daughter of Charles Clark and Addie Taylor. She was raised and educated in Sheridan.

On March 28. 1959, she married Roger Cecil Lindley in Sheridan and adopted his three daughters.

In 1964. the family moved to Newcastle, where she worked for Plains Engineering for 21 years until retiring in 1988.

She loved to go to Deadwood, S.D. A member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, she donated many years to VFW Saturday night bingo.

Survivors include her beloved daughters and their husbands, Connie Rainbolt of Torrington, Susan Velten of Newcastle and Leah Duclo of Gillette; sister, Fae Atterbery of Vernal, Utah;
