Mr. Wvncoop was born in Sheridan and was a 1940 graduate of Sheridan High School and was engaged in ranching near Sayle, Mont., until moving to Sheridan a short time ago. He was a member of the Sheridan Elks Lodge,

He is survived by his wife, the former Viola Nichols, whom he married in 1944: a son, Richard: three daughters, Rachel, Rosalie and Rita; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Wyncoop of Sayle, and a sister, Mrs Doris Lee Dunning of Ashland Mont.
