Agnes Ada WILLIAMS Fields Singer 1921 - 1995 SHS 1940

SHERIDAN - Services for Agnes W. Singer, 73, will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday at St Peter's Episcopal Church by the Rev. Canon Raymond Clark. Interment will follow at the Elks Cemetery.

Mrs. Singer died March 26, 1995, at Westview Health Care Center following an extended illness.

She was born Nov. 21, 1921 in Sheridan where she grew up and graduated Sheridan High School in 1940.

On Feb. 3, 1962, she married Donald L Singer in Casper. He preceded her in death June 2, 1983. Mrs. Singer and her husband lived in Powell for numerous years and returned to Sheridan in 1970.

She was then employed at the Sheridan Country Club and then as a receptionist and secretary for the Champion Funeral Home from March 1974 to June 1983. She later worked for Valley Motor Honda as a receptionist until her retirement in 1992.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and was known for her ability to raise beautiful flowers (especially roses) and for helping others. Mrs. Singer also enjoyed painting and sewing and was a member of St Peter's Episcopal Church.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her two sisters; two brothers; two sons, Jim and Joe Singer, and a grandson.

Survivors include three sons, Randy Fields of Boise, Idaho, Christopher Fields of San Francisco, Tom Singer of Billings; a daughter, Virginia Singer of Powell; her brother, Bernard Williams of Sheridan; five sisters, Christina W. Sanders, Ada Huggins, Jean Mock and Mary E. Goodman, all of Sheridan and Norma Eide of North Dakota; and three grandchildren.

Memorials either to Habitat for Humanity or to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated and may be made in care of Delphine Toner, First Interstate Bank, P.O. Box 2007, Sheridan, 82801.
