Edward Joseph REDLE 1922 - 1980 SHS 1940

SHERIDAN - The funeral mass for Sheridan attorney, Edward J. Redle, 57, will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Holy Name Catholic Church.

Redle died Monday at his home.

He was born In Sheridan, and was the son of Frank and Marian Redle.

Redle served in the Wyoming State Legislature in 1953, and served two terms as Sheridan county attorney. He had also served as justice of the peace. He was a member of the state, county and American Bar Associations.

Redle was a member of the Elks Lodge, Knights of Columbus and the American Legion and was a World War II veteran.

Besides his wife, Margaret, and son, Matthew, both of Sheridan he Is survived by one daughter, Peggy Redle of Denver; four brothers, William D. and Austin Redle, both of Sheridan, Frank Redle of Torrington, and David Redle of Akron, Ohio; two sisters, Mrs. Marian Kuzma of Billings, and Sister Mary Jude of Leavenworth, Kan.

Burial will be in the Elks Section of the Sheridan Municipal Cemetery.

The Champion Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
