SHERIDAN, Wyo.- Pauline Fletchall, 8L of Sheridan, passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2003, at Memorial Hospital of Sheridan County, with her family by her side.

Mrs. Fletchall was born Nov. 30, 1921, in Sheridan, to Ida (Schreibeis) Walker and Ralph Walker. They both preceded her in death, together with the two aunts, Frieda and Lena Schreibeis, who helped raise her.

Pauline married John Slovak, and one daughter, Cheryl was born to their union. They were later divorced. She then married Jim Fletchall and they had a son, Jim.

Pauline loved to cook and was very proficient at it. If she knew her family was coming to visit, she would always make their favorite foods. Her family meant the world to her. She loved fishing in the mountains, and particularly enjoyed it when she would out-fish her husband.

Pauline is survived by her husband Jim, of nearly 50 years; her son, Jim of Sheridan; her daughter, Cheryl Ehrmantraut of Billings; her granddaughter, Branch Hazen and her husband Wes .of Billings; and her great-grandchildren, Christina, Stephanie, Branden and Makenna Hazen of Billings.

Cremation has taken place in Sheridan, and at Pauline's request no services will be held. The family will inurn her cremains privately at a later date.

The family has requested that memorials be made in Pauline's name to the Sheridan Cat & Dog Shelter, in care of Delphine Toner, First Interstate Bank, PO Box 2007, Sheridan, WY 82801.
