On April 29, 2010, Patricia (Pat) Tyson Moncini passed away peacefully at home in North Bend Washington.

Pat was born in Sheridan, Wyoming on April 12, 1922 and came to the Pacific Northwest during World War II. After 60 years of marriage, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lucien Moncini, in 2005.

Pat leaves her sons; Ray Moncini of Renton WA. and Kurt Moncini of South Elgin IL, daughters-in-law; Shirley Moncini, Tanya Moncini, and a granddaughter Sophia Moncini.

Pat had many passions in life which included an unwavering faith in God, a love for music, singing, reading and gardening. Her life was filled with grace, compassion and a never-ending concern for family and friends. Pat touched everyone she came in contact with and will be deeply missed by many. She was a remarkable woman who gave so much to so many.

Pat's last six years were some of her happiest, made truly special by her caregiver and close companion Jeffrey Ahia.

A memorial service will be held at Mercer Island Presbyterian Church on Thursday May 6th at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in Pat's name to Doctors Without Borders would be appreciated.
