Dorothy M. Pedulla, 87, of Sheridan, WY, died Friday, November 23, 2007 in Sheridan Manor.

Mrs. Pedulla was born August 30, 1920 in Sheridan, WY to Jett and Carrie (Nelson) Swinyer. She grew up and attended schools in Sheridan, graduating from Sheridan High School in 1939.

Dorothy married Roco Pedulla July 16, 1939 in Hardin, Montana. She worked at Holly Sugar Factory, National Coil Company, and XL Tire Company as a bookkeeper.

Mrs. Pedulla was a member of the Eagle’s Auxiliary. She loved to hunt and fish, and especially loved spending time at their cabin in the Big Horn Mountains. She also loved to dance, and was an excellent “Jitterbugger” in her younger years.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son, and one daughter.

She is survived by one daughter, Loyola Kiefling, of Jackson, WY; four grandchildren; one great grandchild; and one niece, Rudy McNair, who took extra special care of her Aunt Dorothy.

No services are planned. Champion Ferries Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
