SHERIDAN -- Funeral services for Sheridan resident Helen Georgen, 85, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 28, at Kane Funeral Home of Sheridan by the Rev. Kevin Jones. Interment will follow in Sheridan Elks Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today, April 27.

She died April 23, 2005, at Sheridan Manor.

Born Jan. 24, 1920, in Acme, she was the daughter of Adam and Regina (Blaha) Boyko; and graduated from Sheridan High School in 1939.

On Dec. 28, 1955, she married Daniel Georgen in Miles City, Mont.

They spent many years in the Birney, Mont., area.

She enjoyed plants, gardening, and baking.

Survivors include two sons, Dan Georgen and his wife of Big Horn and David Georgen of Belgrade, Mont.; two grandsons; and sister, Ann Wantulok of Wyarno.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
