ROUNDUP - Muriel S. Farmer, 72, died Nov. 15, 1993, at her home in Roundup.

She was born June 17, 1921, in Long Beach, Calif., the daughter of William and Daisy Lewis Spear. Muriel was a WAAC in the U.S. Army during WWII.

Muriel worked for an investment firm in Billings before coming to Roundup 15 years ago.

She is survived by one son, Joseph Thomas Farmer; two brothers, Huck Spear of West Yellowstone and John C. Spear of Yakima, Wash.; one sister, Jessie Zimmerman of Billings; five nieces and seven nephews.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Nov. 24, 1993, at 1:30 p.m. at the Wier Funeral Home, Roundup. Interment will be in the Roundup City Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
