January 1, 1919 - April 3, 2005.

Albert Vern Mills, 86, Pasco, WA, passed away on April 3, 2005, at Lourdes Medical Center.

He was born in Sheridan, Wyoming, and was a graduate of University of Washington.

He received his M.D. at Boston University School of Medicine in 1946.

He interned at Swedish Hospital in Seattle where he met and married his wife, Eunice Mae Carlson.

He was an officer in the Army Medical Corps from 1943 to 1949.

He and his wife settled in Pasco in 1950, where he established his medical practice. He practiced family medicine and obstetrics and was a staff physician at Our Lady of Lourdes.

Albert was an avid golfer and fisherman.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Eunice Mills.

He is survived by two sons, Vern Mills M.D. of Sugarland, Texas, and Robert Mills of Mercer Island, WA, and three grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at the Episcopal Church of Our Savior on April 23, 2005, at 3 p.m.
