Graveside services for Martin Hibbard, 75, who passed away Aug 18, 1994, at his home in Clovis, NM, were held Aug 20, 1994 at Mission Garden of Memories. Mason Rites were performed by Clovis Lodge #40, AF & AM. Steed-Todd Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Martin Hibbard was born Mar 10. 1919 in Buffalo, WY. He grew up on a ranch in Kaycee and continued in the ranching occupation all his life in NM and CO. He returned to NM in 1987, residing in Clovis since that time.

He married Edith V Gray on Oct 30, 1942.

He was a member of Anchor Lodge #7, AF & AM in Buffalo, WY; York Rite Bodies; Royal Arch Masons Chapter #13; St John's Commandery #14; Knights Templar; Rite of Free Masonry 32 in Cheyenne; and the Ballut Abyad Shrine Temple in Albequerque.

Survivors include his wife, Edith of Clovis; two sons, Gray Hibbard and wife, Vicki and Barry Hibbard all of Clovis; one daughter, Trudy Ann New and husband Glynn of Odessa, TX; two sisters, Marcia Foster of Omaha, NE and Eleanor Gabriel of Las Vegas, NV; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister and one brother."
