Dolores May Guenther, 85, of Billings, died at St. Vincent Hospital, Nov. 30, 2004.

Dolores was born in Sheridan, Wyo., Oct. 25, 1919. Dolores was the daughter of James and Della Guenther. Dolores attended grade school and high school in Sheridan and went on to business school in Denver.

Dolores spent the majority of her life in Hardin, where she was diligent in her work as a business manager of Hardin Auto. She also ran her own boutique, D May's, for several years in Hardin. She was a member of St. Joseph's Parish in Hardin.

Dolores found great joy in her family and friends, along with her Scottish terriers.

She was preceded in death by her infant brother, James C.; her parents; and sisters, Eileen Perryman of Livingston, Nellie Briles of Sheridan and Margaret McCall of Billings.

She is survived by her sister Rita Brown of Idaho; and her beloved nieces and nephews, Kathleen King (Clint), James McCall (Irene), Liz McCall (Pat Dawson), Margaret Perryman, Connie Hutchinson (Dev), Jim Perryman (Debbie), Brian Perryman (Cheryl), Gail Bullard (Rick), Ray Perryman (Becky) and Judy Wilkins. Dolores also had many great-nieces and nephews whom she treated as her own grandchildren, including John King, Mary (King) Ritchie, Becky King, Maggie McCall, Molly McCall, Julia Dawson and Madeline Dawson, all of Billings.

A rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 2, at Smith West Chapel; 304 34th Street West. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 3, at St. Thomas The Apostle Catholic Church, 2210 Colton Blvd.
