SHERIDAN - At her request, no services are planned for Sheridan resident Dorothy M. Hillberry, 83, who died Nov. 30, 2003, at Memorial Hospital of Sheridan County.

Cremation has taken place, under the direction of Kane Funeral Home of Sheridan.

Born March 16, 1920, in Sheridan, she was the daughter of Carl and Madge (Bolin) Barton; and graduated from Sheridan High School in 1938.

In 1951, she married Glenn Roush. He preceded her in death.

She married Charles Hillberry in 1978. He died in 2002, after 24 years of marriage.

For many years, she was a nurses' aide and, also, a loyal employee of Montgomery-Ward.

Her cats were her life.

Survivors include her daughter, Claudia Paulsen, and her husband of Billings, Mont.; two stepdaughters and their husbands, Ellen Hepp and Wanda Huston, both of Sheridan; stepson, Andrew Hillberry of Dryden, Mich.; and eight grandchildren.

In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by her parents and first husband, Claude Meinter.
