Helene Doris Johnson, 82, a resident of Puyallup, died Sept. 3. She was born Sept. 29, 1920 in Sheridan, Wyo.

She worked as an accountant for various local companies and enjoyed gambling, bingo, gardening and interior decorating.

She was a member of the Eagles Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Floyd Johnson in 1973; and daughter Rita in 1959.

She is survived by her son Larry Johnson Sr. of Sumner.

A private inurnment will be conducted at Sumner Cemetery.
