October 14, 1920 - August 16, 1980

KALISPELL - Mary Louise Mauritson, 59, of 1112 Second Ave. E Kalispell, died early Saturday morning in Kalispell Regional Hospital.

She was born Oct. 14, 1920, in Sheridan, Wyo., a daughter of Emerson and Minnie Hanson. She received her early schooling in Wyoming and graduated from Montana State University in 1941.

On Nov. 26, 1942, she married Walter W. Mauritson in Billings. The couple lived in Laurel for a year and then made their home in the Flathead Valley.

She was a charter member of the Century Club American Home Department and was active in community volunteer work for various organizations.

She was preceded in death by her husband on July 17, 1967.

Survivors include a daughter, Nancy McCormick, and two grandchildren, Jeffrey and Ryan McCormick, all of Redmond, Wash.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Conrad Memorial Cemetery in Kalispell with the Rev. Odin A. Baugh, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church in Kalispell, officiating.
