Funeral services for Frank Caudron, 93 year old Buffalo man who passed away Saturday afternoon at the Amie Holt Care Center in Buffalo, will be held Friday March 11th at 10:00 a.m. from the Adams Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Bob McHenry officiating. Visitation will be held from the Adams Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday from 1:00p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m.. Interment Awill be in Willow Grove Cemetery with the VFW and American Legion in charge of military graveside honors. Donations may be made in Franks Name to the Buffalo Senior Center or the Wesleyan Church Building Fund in care of the Adams Funeral Home.

Alfred Frank Caudron was born on N ovember 2, 1918 in Carneyville, Wyoming to Henry and Nellie Caudron. Frank grew up and went to school in Sheridan and graduated from Sheridan High School in 1937. After high school Frank attended Sheridan College for one year.

He was married on October 26, 1940 in Sheridan to Roberta Harrison and they made their home in Superior and Lander Wyoming for several years.

Frank joined the U.S. Navy in 1944 and served in the Asiatic, Pacific Theater during WWII. After the war Frank returned to Wyoming and settled in Buffalo. Frank was a member of the U.S. Army Reserves and was called to active duty and served in Georgia in 1950 and 1951.

He then moved back to Buffalo where he worked for the U.S. Postal Service for 21 years. After retirement Frank and Bobbie continued living in Buffalo. Bobbie passed away in December of 1996 and Frank lived in Buffalo until the time of his death. He had been a resident of the Veterans Home of Wyoming for a short time before moving into the Amie Holt Care Center where he lived until the time of his death.

Frank was an avid outdoorsman and loved fishing and hunting, he also enjoyed playing cards with family and friends. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed golf and bowling.

He is survived by one daughter, Sandy Caudron of Buffalo.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, one brother and two sisters.
