Warren L. Bush passed away at his home in Highlands Ranch, Colorado on July 17, 2012.

Warren was born to Fount and Alice Bush on October 14, 1919, on a ranch near Hulett, Wyoming, originaly settled on by his grandparents. He attended school in Sheridan but spent his summers and holidays on the family ranch. Warren graduated from Sheridan High School in 1937 and continued his education at the University of Wyoming. He completed this education at University of Minnesota, graduating as a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1943.

The same year he married Alice Wendell. They moved to Englewood, Colorado, where they made their home and raised three children. Warren served in the Air Force as a Captain in the Dental Corps from 1951 to 1953, attaining the rank of dental ?. For 46 years, Warren maintained a successful dental practice in Englewood. Warren also served his community as an active member of the Lions Club for over 55 years, serving as President of the Englewood chapter of the Lions Club in 1968-1969. After retirement, Warren took up golf, which he enjoyed playing with his wife and friends. Warren loved spending time at the family ranch and took over management of the ranch in 1955 when his parents retired and moved to Hulett.

He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Alice; sons Stephen and Thomas (Marilyn); daughter, Tracy; grandson Bret Warren (Julie) Mitchell; granddaughter, Nanci (John) Bizik; and four great grandchildren, Corri, Conor Warren, Danielle and Gavan; as well as nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in dath by his sister, Audra.

A service for the immediate family was held in Denver in July 25, 2012. Warren will be interned at the Black Hills National Cemetery on August 28, 2012. Family and friends are invited to a reception and celebration of his life at the Devils Tower Golf Club on August 28 from 4-6 p.m.

A memorial has been established to benefit agricultural education program at the Hulett School. Memorials can be sent to the Warren L. Bush Memorial in care of the Sundance State Bank, PO Box 950, Sundance, WY 82729.
