Frances Silla, 87, of Sheridan, passed away at Sheridan Manor on September 4, 2006.

Frances was born on September 14, 1918, to John and Anna (Michalek) Belish in Monarch, Wyoming. She married Ugo Silla in Monarch, WY on August 20, 1939. Frances enjoyed growing roses and other flowers, gardening, and reading. She loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband. She is survived by her daughter, Jeanette Wargo of Vancouver, WA; her son, Joe Silla of Castle Rock, CO; her beloved grandchildren; her brother, Walter Belish of Ranchester, WY; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held at Kane Funeral Home on Friday, September 8, 2006 from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, September 8, 2006 at Holy Name Catholic Church with The Reverend Peter James officiating. Interment will follow in the Sheridan Elks Cemetery.
