SHERIDAN - Funeral Services for lifelong Sheridan resident L. Louise Thrush, 83, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Champion-Ferries Funeral Home with Gary Kopsa officiating.  Interment will be in Sheridan Municipal Cemetery.

Visitation will take place from 4-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

She died July 5, 2002, at Memorial Hospital of Sheridan County.

A native of Sheridan, she was born Jan. 14, 1919, to Charles and Amanda (Weymouth) Bailey.  She grew up and attended schools in Sheridan, graduating from Sheridan High School in 1937.

On Sept. 12, 1939, she married Earl Thrush in the family home in Sheridan.

A member of the First Baptist Church, she was very active in its Woman's Circle.

Survivors include her husband of Sheridan; one son, Don Thrush of Great Falls, Mont.; one daughter, Carol Cochran of Grandview, Wash.; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister.
