CASPER -- Graveside services for Gladys June Anderson, 85, will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 8, in Memorial Gardens Cemetery by the Rev. Thomas Cross of Christ United Methodist Church.

A reception will follow.

She died Jan. 2, 2005, at Riverton Memorial Hospital.

Born Jan. 15, 1919, in Kaycee, she was the daughter of Herbert D. and Anne Marie (Fredricksen) Dawson; and was raised and educated in Kaycee and Sheridan. She graduated from business school in Sheridan and then moved to Midwest to work for Stanolind Oil Co., later Amoco.

On Sept. 6, 1947, she married Ingbright Anderson in Billings, Mont.

A member of Midwest Senior Citizens, the local Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, and Midwest Community Church, she enjoyed church activities and reading or listening to scriptures; and, especially, helping others. She loved being with her family and friends.

Survivors include two sons and their wives, Ronald of Riverton and Harold of Mammoth; daughter, Kathleen Davidson, and her husband of Greeley, Colo.; sister, Bessie Schlicht of Buffalo; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a niece; and a nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, two brothers, and her parents.
