Leola B. “Ole” Wilson, 92, of Medford, Ore., died Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2008, at Rogue Valley Medical Center in Medford, according to her family.

Cremation has taken place.

A memorial service is Monday in Medford. A graveside service in Sheridan is planned later.

Mrs. Wilson was born Aug. 12, 1916, to George J. and Louise Borland.

She married Eldon L. Wilson on May 4, 1937, in Sheridan, where they lived until 1949.

They moved to Worland and opened Wilson’s Drive-In, operating the business until 1962, when they returned to Sheridan.

Mr. Wilson was employed at Champion Funeral Home.

In 1969, the couple moved to Casper, where Mr. Wilson worked for the Wyoming Department of Revenue. They retired in 1979 and returned to Sheridan.

Mr. Wilson died in 1998, and Mrs. Wilson moved to Medford.

Survivors include a daughter, Gay Patterson, of Medford; a son, Gary of Worland; five grandsons; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
