SHERIDAN -- Funeral services for Marguerite G. Stevie, 89, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Holy Name Catholic Church with Fr. Ronald Stolcis officiating. Interment will be in Sheridan Municipal Cemetery.

Viewing will be on Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Champion Ferries Funeral Home.

She died March 25, 2006, in Sheridan Manor.

She was born June 21, 1916, in Sheridan, to Richard and Ruth (Simons) Stevie.

She grew up and graduated from high school in Sheridan. She worked as the deputy county treasurer for 45 years at the courthouse until she retired.

She was a member of Holy Name Catholic Church. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, gardening and going out for coffee. She especially loved being the grandmother of Ed and Brenda Knudson's children.

Survivors include her many friends and neighbors.

Memorials may benefit Hospice of the Big Horns, 1401 W. 5th St., Sheridan.
