OBITUARIES - CASPER STAR-TRIBUNE - March 30, 2002

SHERIDAN-Funeral Liturgy for Sheridan resident Cecil Lynn Bilyeu, 90, will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Monday at Holy Name Catholic Church in Sheridan by Fr. Robert Fox.  Burial of cremains will be in Sheridan Municipal Cemetery.

He died March 28, 2002, at Memorial Hospital of Sheridan County.

He was born Feb. 22, 1912, in Sheridan, the son of Charles W. and Mae (Murray) Bilyeu; and was raised and educated in Sheridan.

On June 31, 1933, he married Marie Klinkosh in Hardin, Mont.

He was a steamfitter, plumber and maintenance supervisor for the Veterans Administration hospitals in Sheridan and Roseburg, Ore., for 47 years.

Following his retirement, the couple moved to Harlowton, Mont., and then returned to Sheridan in 1995.  His wife preceded him in death that year.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, collecting antiques and raising animals.

Survivors include his daughter, Betty Radford of Sheridan; sister, Doris Cook of Kennewick, Wash.; a granddaughter; three great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and five sisters.

Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, in care of Delphine Toner, First Interstate Bank, Sheridan 82801.
