Alberta FRISBIE Nash 1908-– 1994 SHS 1926

SHERIDAN - Private family services will be held at a later date tor Alberta Nash, 86, who died May 24, 1994, at the Westview Health Care Center of natural causes.

Mrs. Nash was born Jan. 16, 1908, to Albert and Clara (Stahlnecker) Frisbie on their ranch at Tongue River. She graduated from Sberidan High School in 1926 and from the University of Wyoming in 1930 with a degree in business.

She was then employed as a secretary for "Pop" Rowe, Boy Scout coordinator, until her marriage to Archie Nash on Sept. 7, 1931.

The couple had partnerships in various businesses including Rangel and Lithograph Company and Cloud Peak Printery. They also ranched at Coutant and Beaver creeks.

For 10 years, Mrs. Nash was school secretary for Big Horn School, retiring in 1973. She also worked for two summers as the horseman's bookkeeper at Pikes Peak Meadows, near Colorado Springs, Colo.

Mrs. Nash enjoyed riding horses and owned and trained race horses with her husband.

Preceding her in death were her husband and son.

Survivors include a daughter, Elaine Hilman of Big Horn; three grandchildren; and four great-granddaughters.
