OBITUARIES - THE SHERIDAN PRESS - March 7, 2002

Thomas George Gligorea, 20, of Sheridan passed away at Laramie, Wyoming on Friday, March 1, 2002, due to complications from diabetes.

Tom was born on January 7, 1982, to Thomas and Mary (Rogstad) Gligorea in Billings, Montana.  He grew up and attended school in Sheridan, graduated from Sheridan High School in 2000, and was a sophomore at the University of Wyoming.  Tom enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, skiing, RC Airplanes and vacations.  He also loved life at the University of Wyoming, enjoyed being in the Sheridan High School Band and participating in DECA.

Tom was preceded in death by his grandfather, Melvin Rogstad.

He is survived by his parents; one brother David Gligorea of Sheridan; and grandparents, George R. and Phoebe A. Gligorea of Sheridan and Wini Rogstad of Miles City, Montana.  He is also survived by his uncles and aunts and their families; Robert Gligorea of Napa, California, Steven and Ruth Gligorea of Escalon, California, Marlys and Dalla Taylor of Angela, Montana, and Mark Rogstad of Miles City, Montana.

Cremation has taken place, and a memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 9, 2002, at St. Peters Episcopal Church with the Reverend David Duprey officiating.  Kane Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
